I’m a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain’s Lake Union office and my geographical range extends throughout the Seattle-Tacoma region. In my real estate practice, I represent both buyers and sellers. I entered the working world at age eight, when my father, a builder, hired me to clean up after the contractors at his job sites. I had a paper route at age 11, and when I was in high school, I worked in the menswear department at Nordstrom, where I learned basic business skills like maintaining a customer database and staying in touch with clients. This really impressed upon me the fact that excellent customer service means understanding what the client’s needs are by asking questions and finding products or providing services to fulfill those needs. After attending the University of Washington, I became a loan officer for a local mortgage company. That’s where I got my knowledge of the real estate process: from the bank end, not merely by showing houses. I learned how to get a real estate transaction successfully closed. That invaluable professional education has enabled me to serve my clients well since I became a real estate agent in 2004. Since then, I’ve successfully closed well over 100 homes, while maintaining a stellar record of satisfied clients.
